My name is Abhishek Mondal, and my life is a testimony of God’s unending grace and the support of His people. I began my early education in 2002 at Dighi Boys’ Hostel and Bethel mission School. Coming from a humble background, the hostel became a second home for mea place where I not only received an education but also grew spiritually and emotionally. The love, care, and guidance from the Bethel leaders during my time at the hostel planted seeds of faith and discipline in my heart, which have continued to shape my life.

After completing my initial years at Dighi, I continued my studies at Bethel Mission School, Katihar. It was here that I was nurtured in a spiritually uplifting environment, where I learned the value of hard work, humility, and trust in God. These formative years laid a strong foundation for both my academic and spiritual growth.

As I moved forward in life, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, followed by a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which equipped me with the skills and qualifications to step into the field of education. Today, I am working as a skilled teacher, passionate about shaping young minds and passing on the values I have learned. This journey was made possible through the support of Bethel, which stood by me as a guiding light.

The Dighi Boys’ Hostel and Bethel Church have been  great support in my life. The hostel provided me with a safe and nurturing environment during my childhood, while Bethel Church consistently encouraged me to grow in my relationship with Christ. Through their prayers, mentoring, and teachings, I have come to understand the true meaning of faith, gratitude, and service.

Today, I strive to carry forward the legacy of love and service instilled in me by Bethel. Every day, as I teach my students, I remember the lessons I learned at the hostel and in the church. I am deeply committed to honouring God in my work, trusting Him to guide me, and sharing His love with others.

My life is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and I am forever grateful to Bethel for playing such a significant role in my journey. To God be the glory for all that He has done and continues to do in my life.
